General Information
DoubleFox GmbH is a company located in Braunschweig, in the northern part of Germany. The company has been founded by Dr. Frank F. Hitzel to speed up fast crossfield developments.
For over 14 years now, Frank Hitzel has been a valuable collaborator with Carl Zeiss Microscopy GmbH. During this time, he has contributed significantly to various projects, including the design of the in-situ SEM-AFM hybrid solution for ZEISS SEMs. Additionally, he has been involved in developing diverse AFM control electronics and software, enhancing stages, and implementing robotic automation.
Frank Hitzel's extensive knowledge in software, electronics, mechanical construction, and customer-specific applications equips him with a remarkable aptitude for accelerating cross-field developments in these domains. His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to optimize the coordination and management of diverse development teams, or even eliminate the need for multiple teams altogether. This streamlined approach dramatically reduces the time typically expended on these activities. Consequently, the development of prototypes can be accomplished at an impressively swift pace, facilitating accelerated innovation and the efficient realization of state-of-the-art solutions.
